Your name, contact number, email, membership and billing details, and the details of packages or products you buy. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials on our servers.

How we use it

To create and manage your membership and orders, issue invoices, provide support, and send service messages (booking, billing, and reminders). We do not sell your personal information.

Payment security

Online payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Card/UPI details are entered on the gateway's secure checkout and are never visible to us.

Data retention & your rights

We keep records as long as needed to run your membership and to meet legal/tax obligations. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it by contacting us.
