Memberships & packages

Once a package is activated it is generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or a duplicate payment occurred, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund a verified erroneous charge.

Products

Unopened, unused products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection. Consumables and hygiene items are non-returnable once opened.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway, typically within 5–7 business days after approval.

Failed / pending payments

If money was deducted but your order did not confirm, it is usually auto-reversed by the bank. If it isn't reflected within 5–7 business days, contact us with your payment reference.
